You know something I loved about this episode was the parallels between Regina and Emma in the way they look at the world. Despite everything that Regina has gone through, she can still look for the good and hope in life with the only person she has. She still enjoys and revels in the moments. Then we have Emma with all these people in her life and all this love and security and yet she still can’t stop and enjoy the good cause she’s constantly waiting for something bad to happen.
The good that can’t believe in hope and the (apparent) evil that never stops looking.
